Security fence

The yard is already fenced, but with industrial chain link. Outdoor holes, props, furniture and the truck court sit out overnight, so the plan assumes a harder-to-climb perimeter that also looks good from the street, plus cameras.

Fence length: a roughly 150 × 224 ft lot has about 750 ft of perimeter; the building wall covers part of it, leaving about 600 linear feet to fence. Confirm with the survey.

Fence option$/LF installed600 LF + gates
A. Keep chain link, add privacy slats + repairs~$12$11,200
B. 8 ft ornamental / welded steel$60–$150$62,000
C. Anti-climb security fence$75–$200$86,000

The $75,000 security line covers option B (about $62,000) plus about $13,000 of cameras.
